Japan often makes funny action. Especially, nowadays, the actions of Japanese governments are so funny.
To be honest, I used to support our Prime minister Abe because he was doing well to keep distance between China and USA.

As you know, economically, Japan needs to keep good relationship with China. Without good relationship with China, Japanese economy would be harder and harder. However, technically, Japan could be one of the states of USA, politically, we have to good relationship with USA as well. From the point of view, he seems doing good, but about the measure of the COVID-19, I am really disappointed about him.
Distribute just two masks for each family?
I got this news on 1st April, so I thought it is April Fool. Japanese government announced that
We will distribute 2 masks for each family
And on the article it is said
1:The masks are washable
2:Children can get masks from school(Apart from 2 masks)
3:1 mask costs 200 yen and they would 100,000,000… so it means 20 billion cost just for masks…
OK. Thank you very much for distributing masks,,, but I am wondering that
How much does it cost to distribute masks for all families?
20 billion + delivery cost? or 20 billion(including cost?) Why don’t they use that money for other things? I think that some Japanese people also think like that. I am wondering about the reaction if foreigners know this.
Japanese government’s other mysterious actions
To be honest, Japanese government made some weird discussion before
Beef and fish coupons
As I already mentioned previous articles, Japanese government were thinking to give coupons instead of money. Yes, coupons might be a good choice to recover economy, but
Why the coupons are only for Japanese beef and fish etc etc?
Apparently, some politicians are doing this kind of things for conflicting interests.
Tried to charge money for people to use government charter flight
There were some Japanese people in Wuhan after lockdown, and Japanese government tried to save them and used government charter flight. It was good decision, but they were trying to charge money for the people who used the charter flight, and to be honest, it was not cheap for one way flight.
Japanese people complained about it and at the end, Japanese government decided not to charge money.
Support consumers when they spend money for food and travel
Yes, food industries and tourism industries got a big damage. I understand it. However, why do government support consumers now?
Governments say “Don’t go out much”
How is it possible to travel without going out?
Cash for a family? Not per person?
It is said Japanese government are trying to distribute cash over 100.000 yen (US$931) for a family who are struggling with money. Wait… for a family? It means if the family is big, they have to share the money? Big family has disadvantage?
I think that many people are having hard time now, so Japanese government has to make an action so quick. There is a chance some people commit suicide.
Sorry, all the articles I read are in Japanese, and the video below is also Japanese. If you are learning Japanese, please check the article and this video(the person on the video is Japanese comedian)
